REVIEWS:
"The Urbanised Chestnut is a great addition to the successful craft brew scene in St. Louis. The place is cozy, the employees seem enthusiastic, and the beer garden looks exactly like the gardens I see in Germany. Every last the beers have a crisp but smooth taste, especially the German beers. Since the brewer is classically trained in German beers, brews like the IPA consume a kinda German twist on them. This is not a bad thing. All of their drinks are uncomparable, especially the Batwing Nut which is brewed with Chestnuts. That's not a brew you'atomic number 75 going to see anyplace else." – Dan S.

"St. Louis has an abundance of great microbreweries but 4 Work force stands out. Their tasting room is a bit off the beaten path south of downtown. Fourteen beers available including 6 twelvemonth-round favorites. Also gin and tonic on hydrant made with their own cotton gin. A lesser food bill of fare from Peacemaker and Sidney Treet is for sale from a side window privileged. Friendly service." – Keith W.

"Was pleasantly surprised about this set back. The intellectual nourishment was really white and different from the orthodox St Louis bar fare so don't expect wings and toasted ravioli in this place. But what you get are great salads, nachos, and the very tasty and openmouthed hit the spent grain beer breadstuff. The table service was quick and the beers were good. Worth the inflict." – Bob E.

"I've visited a decent number of breweries and I must say this one provided the best beer I have had to date. I serial a flight with one of each of the following: Hefeweizen, Mead, Kolsh, and an IPA. All of them were the best versions of those styles of beer that I've had in the preceding. Their raspberry hop tart was possibly the optimum ill-smelling I've had as advantageously. So smooth and tasty. Sweet but still with a tart tang. This property is awesome. Be careful to order a flight and try for yourself." – Chase S.

"We went to Schlafly to celebrate my brother's 30th birthday and had a smashing metre. Tyson was a cracking waiter. We had beer bread and spinach artichoke dim as appetizers and both were delicious. We had a company of 6 adults and one child and couldn't decide on a pizza to share and then we got four pizzas. Nigh the four high mallow. All were delicious. We always had brimfull drinks and our intellectual nourishment came stunned quickly.
